• Interactive Inputs: Somatic reflections, CBT reframing logs, and game scores designed for distraction.

2. How Your Data is Used

Your data is solely used to calculate your health progression, display your dynamic dashboard stats, and save your course milestones. We never use your progress logs for targeting advertisements or profiling you.

3. Data Storage & Security

All metrics and profile details are secured using industry-standard encryption algorithms. You have the right at any time to export or permanently delete your account directly from your account settings panel.

4. Medical and Support Disclaimer

We do not share, sell, or distribute your recorded health indicators to insurance corporations, pharmaceutical groups, or advertising brokers. Your recovery is your business, and ours is to help you maintain it.
